Alex heads up our valuation, litigation support, and related advisory services. He has over 25 years of experience and has specialized in private business valuation since 1990. He has the knowledge and experience that comes from hundreds of business valuation studies and financial investigations for clients in various industries and market sectors. He appraises business interests, partnership interests, intangible assets, and similar financial positions. In addition, he has extensive experience working with business executives and their advisors to resolve controversies, model succession alternatives, write business plans, analyze ESOPs, and integrate the business and personal planning that accompanies business ownership transitions.
